We Can Create Custom Stencils To Suit Any Need
We use the latest CNC technology to cut your custom stencils right in our factory in Bayswater, Melbourne.
Our Process
Our standard stencils are cut using a synthetic material called Polypropylene which is 100% Recycled , we offer in two thicknesses of 1.4 mm or 3 mm. The thicker 3 mm material is recommended for use on larger stencils due to the extra rigidity, and should also be used for extra durability on smaller stencils where repeat use is required. Larger thicknesses can be provided if required. For your custom stencils, we can also manufacture from aluminium sheet material where high strength is required.
Each custom stencil is designed digitally by one of our expert CNC designers to ensure that your stencil is a match to your requirements.
We also provide custom stencils for multi-colour applications. For these we divide your design into a number of layers so that each colour can be applied seperately.
